3. 市场人员 Marketing executive

工作职责：

• 根据项目地块条件，对项目进行市场调研分析，并撰写调研报告；
• 制定项目市场定位方案，项目包装和全案营销推广方案；
• 招标市场推广合作公司，全案广告公司，公关活动公司，甄选目标媒体资源；
• 监控广告投放效果，并及时提出优化推广策略；
• 对接全案广告公司，完成项目的整体产品包装，市场推广计划

要求：

• 房地产、广告学、营销学、新闻学等相关专业本科以上水平
• 有2年以上房地产市场部/策划部工作经验，有豪宅策划经验，并具备一定英文能力者优先
• 熟悉对接广告公司，媒介的流程，具备一定的文案写作能力，能够制定媒介计划具有较强的策划能力和创意性思维
• 敬业，务实，具有良好的团队协作精神

Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze the market for project, compose the research report
• Constitute the orientation strategy, packing strategy and whole marketing promotion strategy for project
• Search for the proper companies for the marketing promotion, advertisement and the public relationship. Select the target media resource
• Monitor the advertisement effect and propose the perfect promotion strategy
• Cooperate with the advertisement agency to achieve the packing and the market promotion plan

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree above, major in Real Estate, Advertisement, Marketing, Journalism and other related majors
• Coordinate with the advertisement agency and media, capable of the skilled writings and the media plan establishment

要求：

• 专科以上学历
• 有英文沟通能力者优先
• 形象良好，沟通能力强，有稳定的大客户资源,有豪宅住宅、别墅项目销售经验
• 工作积极主动，认真负责

Responsiblities:

• Master the knowledge and business of the project
• Receive the telephones requiry and visits professionally
• Explore the clients resource and maintain the existing clients, handle the contract, money gathering and other after sale services
• Finish other works assigned by sales director

Requirements:

• College above
• Priority for the good command of English
• Possession of the VIP clients’ sources and sales experience of related luxury residential project
• Self-responsible and initiative
